DIT Accuracy

I was wondering how accurate the DIT lectures are in regards to what they say is high yield via use of their star system. I have my exam in mid June and am 1/3 through the lectures right now, and I just want to make sure I'm not wasting valuable time by listening to and writing everything this guy says. Thanks.

There's at least one thread somewhere where people have done just that. Keep in mind, however, that just like their boasted 237 average, the feedback is entirely self-selected. Consider who is more likely to come back to SDN and leave feedback.
