So.. It seems I won't be doing all the things I scheduled...cuz' I just don't have the time... My question is... if I do DiT lectures w/ FA, plus review FA w notes afterwards and complete the UWorld... Will I be able to get at least a 220? Or should I postpone my exam?

I'd say if you half-way pay attention during DIT, put some semblence of effort into getting through FA, and at least try to understand why you got wrong the questions you miss in UW, you're almost guaranteed a 220. It's a winning combination, but it'll take dedication on your part. Attempt to make as much of it active learning as you can - try to predict what the lecturer will say, constantly quiz yourself, mentally review information, etc. Good luck.

I think that's very reasonable.

Everybody is different. Some people can get a 250 from just those resources, and others can barely pass with the same resources. It has a lot to do with your background knowledge and, as much as we hate to admit it sometimes, your test-taking skills and/or reasoning skills.

But those three resources will definitely contain all of the information that you need in order to break 220.

Did DIT, went through FA once, and did half of U World. Haven't taken the test yet (still 3.5 weeks out) but am getting 219-228's on my NBMEs. So if NBMEs are accurate, then these resources are serving me well. On the exams, I'm using only the info I've learned from these three resources (I don't have good recall of stuff from class, which is going to kill me during rotations). Also I don't have the details down yet and feel that my score will go up with another good run through FA.

I put my FA into a three-ringed binder and added every detail from DIT and the first half of UWorld to it, using margins and adding extra pages. I feel like this has helped me a lot.

I picked FA+UWorld+DIT after talking to three third years at my school who all did the same thing and broke 250. I don't know how smart they are though, so they may have had better recall of stuff from class that isn't in these resources.

(just looked up my exact scores and edited this to reflect that)

Nice to know your friends scored 250's.

I can say that i'm an IMG (as my friends), I'm taking the long route, but they (who do not have such a good background) all broke the 220 mark with ONLY DIT thrice and UW+ kaplan qbank.

So, for what it's worth, yes, you can break that mark of 220 with only these resources. However, I was under the impression that you may need more than this to break 240 if your knowledge is lacking a bit.

Should I use UW as my 1st qbank? I was thinking of using kaplan, then RX and then finally UW. Should I do this in a different way?

I did the Qbanks in that order. Practice tests have been going fine; I take the real thing tomorrow. I don't even think it matters what order you do them in!
