Doctors in Training was recommended to me by a close friend. I looked through the program and it seems like it won't help that much/shouldn't help that much considering most of what they supplement is already available and self-study - ish.

What are your thoughts on this?

Have any of you taken this course?

My friend has just started the 6 week course, I think his first day was yesterday. He said it's pretty nice so far...super HY stuff. I guess the true tell-tale will be his first NBME.

Its hands down the best way to study for Step 1. I wanted to send Dr. Jenkins an edible arrangements after getting my score. It is a rock-solid program. If you do what he tells you to do, you can expect your score to increase 30-40 points from your baseline NBME sample exam. Watch his video on his website. I liked the lectures, instead of just reading first-aid all day. Also, you get an awesome workbook with additional information and fill in the blank and short answer questions in it, so you actually have to recall the information, not just pick out an answer in a MC question. He asks students year to year what was on the exam and he tries to include all of that.

If you want more info, PM me. I feel like all I do on here anymore is do advertising for this class, but it was honestly that freakin' awesome.
