A case about a Pt with DM type 1 who took his insulin without eating and slept then wake up and ran ten blocks, then fainted. what did contribute to his condition?
a.Fructose 1,6 biphosphatase
b.Glukokinas
c.Glut 4
d.hormone sensitive lipase
e.PEP carboxykinase

with explanation please.

Hi, all of the above enzymes are in gluconeogenesis direction, except for GLUT 4, which is the opposite direction to generate ATP. Insulin w.o eating = hypoglycemic = low energy for the brain = faint.
