is the laptop/pda actually included in the tuition? or they just account for its cost in your student budget?

hey newyork...

congrats on your acceptance, yea i've been interviewed and accepted, but all that I remember the dean saying was that laptop and pda's were "provided" to the students.......they didn't really say if it was included in the tuition or they just accounted for its cost in your student financial aid package.

Actually I was interviewed there on Nov 5th and as long as I remember students told me that laptop and pdas are included in tution fees or budget for first year. So they provide us but they also charge us for that.

It is in included in the tuition price, not out of your budget. Also included is a tech fee that pays for upgrades and maintenance.

I think this is a great deal!

yeah...i just remember them telling me they were provided...and that you got a new pda before your 3rd year!

While you are attending school, they have some free programs on the computers that we use for classes and are kind of nice, however when we graduate they are taken off because they have only been licensed for the institution not the individual student. They also upgrade the computers with security patches etc. while we are in school and help you with maintenance.
