What should we know for DNA replication? Just the obvious? (i.e., leading and lagging strands, helicase, DNA polymerase, okazaki segments, etc.)

Tough question to answer with any certainty. I'd probably know a bit more detail than you've described. Know that polymerase adds to the free 3' end, know semiconservative, and know the general function of every important enzyme in the process would be my advice to you. Not very helpful, but I had taken so many classes covering this that I just took a chance with it on my DAT, I'm not even sure what Cliff's/Kaplan/etc. mention about it.
