If patient has only DNR form signed, this means he can still be intubated in need?

DNR means do not resuscitate in the event of cardiac arrest which would also include intubation during an arrest.
However, a patient with a DNR designation could be intubated in pre-arrest respiratory failure scenarios. For example a patient with worsening respiratory on status who is on CPAP that requires intubation and mechanical ventilation before an actual cardiac arrest occurs.
