On a couple of my secondaries there were optional places to put in your SAT or ACT scores. I highly doubt it affects your application significantly though. I wouldn't take them.
for some crazy reason i seem to remember that washu asks for those scores on their secondary. i left it blank because i didn't remember, and they still interviewed me. don't worry about it.
I think Temple had it on their application, and I was asked what my ACT score was during my interview at Wayne State. I think it's more for statistical purposes than anything else.
On TMDSAS, they ask if you have taken them and if you have you need to write your score. The dean of UTSA med said that they do consider SAT score if you have taken it, but I don't think you would be a disadvantage if you don't have a score at all.

I got asked about my ACT/SAT score during my wayne state interview. I think they just want to see how good of a test taker you are because my MCAT score was compared with the ACT score I gave. My interviewer told me that I did a lot better on my MCATS, I showed improvement ( a very good thing they look for I guess).
