Do admissions office at most school work from now to Jan 2nd?

Probably not. I work for a large state university and everyone except for essential personal(Police, etc.) are off until Jan 2nd.

A med school admissions office in my area is only closed Dec 24-25th and Jan 1st. Talk about bare minimum

Thanks! I just got an II from a school, which only gave me two interview dates to choose. The school is close to another two schools I will interview in Jan. I already booked an air ticket for the interview for the other two schools, but can cancel it before midnight today. I am thinking to reschedule my interview for the other two schools, so that I only fly there once. But if I can only contact the admissions office next year and not knowing whether I could be scheduled for a desired date, I am not sure whether I should cancel the ticket only to find it is way more expensive later next year.
