DO and Canadian Students

Hey guys I just have a few questions regarding DO schools and Canada/Canadian students.

From the research I have found it seems that there are *some* hoops to jump through to practice in ontario as a DO (http://www.cpso.on.ca/policies/policies/default.aspx?ID=1654)

Does anyone have any further information or more simplified information?

Also how/which DO schools are canadian friendly? Is there a comphrensive list? I already attend an American school and have my F-1 visa but am looking to switch into an MD or DO school and am just having problems sorting through the plethora of information. Does anyone have any reliable sources or any idea of which schools to apply to?
