Here are there course numbers. I have also attached the syllabi

WIS2552: Biodiversity Conservation

GEO4300: Biogeography (offered by the department of Geography)

UF Course Descriptions

I feel like these courses can all be under Biology. The first two can fit under ecology while the last one, biogeography, zoology since biogeography is a branch of zoology.

Sounds to me like they're specialized biology courses, which would count! If I were you I'd mark them as Bio on AMCAS, the last two have "bio" in the name so I doubt they would even look twice at them, the first one they might question but you can always appeal it if they end up classifying it as something else.

None of these sound to me like BCPM.

You should apply early solely because I feel you're going to have to appeal how you list these classes. Appealing might take a while and may delay the process.
