Do any schools allow conference call/phone interviews?

Does anyone know if there are any schools that allow you to do your interview over the phone without being at the actual school? I am applying this upcoming cycle and I'm just trying to figure out how to work out interviews with my full time job. Only 2 of the schools I am planning on applying to are within driving range. I only have a limited number of vacation days that I can take from work (5-6) and I feel it will be so difficult and expensive to be flying back and forth to interviews as quick as possible so that I take as few days off as possible. Any info would be helpful! Thanks!

No they don't. Lots of their interviewees have full time jobs. Just try to use your vacation days and use your sick days too. They won't know your going to an interview, you just don't feel well 😉.

Obviously it depends on your job, but I was up front with my employer about applying to dental school and that I would need to take time off for interviews. They were great and let me use comp time to take off all the necessary days. Hopefully your employer will be helpful and understanding as well. good luck!
