thanks Uber! i wish i actually knew everyone's name on here. i have to call everyone by their chosen nickname. so if anyone has the urge to be called something, here is the place to do it. i guess i was the only one who had the cohones to put my real name up, so i have to censure everything i say.

i've learned while working as a medical assistant that a patient will really open up to you when you can break the walls of the common "dr-patient relationships." that way everyone will enjoy a better experience while working together. a little humor here and there will help do the trick

i finished most of my application. and will apply to all 9 schools. i gotta study for my mcat exam which is tomorrow morning, but after that i will be submitting. it won't be for another week until i can send out my Letters of Rec though..... 🙁

man i have been shadowing a podiatrist for the last 3 weeks and i think i am going to wait to ask for a lor until like the middle of october-will that crush my chances? samuel and scholl said if i apply the 1st of october ill be applying way earlier than most everyone (lol except apparently for everyone on here) but i was wondering if i applyed tomorrow without my pod letter (i have everything else) does anybody on here think that no one will contact me until i get that last lor with teh rest of my app?

it wont hurt you to go ahead and apply if you're only missing one LOR IMHO...the worst that will happen is they dont look at it until it gets in...who knows, they may go ahead and check it out! 👍

Why are you waiting until october to ask for a letter? I asked mine after 4 days and he was glad to write one! 😀 Maybe yours will be the same!
