The reason he was charged was because he failed to address the SBS dysfunction prior to initiating his HVLA. See as DO's we address the 'whole body' and even Rand Paul as an MD understood that HVLA of the ribs isn't working holistically as a Osteopath should. Everyone knows you have to prep the tissue. Can't do HVLA without cranial first!

I would imagine that if you were to kick a skinny 54 year old in the ribs as they are on the floor it would be pretty easy to break their ribs

Nah, he must have been doing something wrong while he was assaulted on his own property. This is for sure at least 50% Rand Paul's fault. He doesn't even know how to get beat up properly.
