do certifications affect application weight?

So I'm graduating this April and will be applying the first day of June. I will have 2 certifications; should I put both of these on my Application? unfortunately, I haven't been able to use the exercise physiology certificate, but I was a personal trainer for about 6 months before research consumed me. I don't want the ADCOMS to think I'm putting an unused cert. on an app to fill space.

- certified exercise physiologist (ACSM-ep)
- certified personal trainer

any help would be appreciated, thanks!
