Do CEU's count equal to class units?

I would like to know if CEU's count the same as class units, so that, if you want to take stuff that you did not have during your training , can "add on"?



Do they have to be APA-accredited to truly count?
And,--can I take some pre-doc?

So the only amount that one usually takes are the , what is it, 32 ? units of CEU's?

Any idea where I can take classes that I want to have prior to license but which aren't in the program I am taking?

Do not take any, as none of them count for anything until you have a license...
