Hi all, I just found out my exact GPA stats.

Non-Science: 3.77
Science Only: 3.39
Total GPA: 3.57

MCAT: 28Q (11-VR, 8-PS, 9-BS, Q-WS)

I have good LOR's and EC's... 200 Clinical Hours, 300 Volunteer Hours.

What are my chances at DMU? That's my first choice. And what are the best DO schools in the nation?

Also, other DO schools I'd have a chance at or even MD? I am a Nebraska Resident.

Thanks all! Look forward to hearing your thoughts!

Wow, you and I have very similar stats, I am also 28Q (but breakdown is 10PS 10VR 8BS). Our GPAs are nearly the same though! As a Nebraska resident, have you also thought about applying to the state school? Have you sent your applications yet, or are you still waiting?

I think at this point, it is starting to get late in the game, but if DMU is indeed you first choice, you should definitely send your app ASAP! I think in the DMU thread, it seemed that a 28+ MCAT was getting a lot of interview invites.

You have a great chance wherever you decide to apply.

Good chances wherever you apply (DO). Very good chances for Nebraska MD.
