Do COMBANK OMT Questions accurately represent the real COMLEX OMT questions?

I started doing OMT questions from COMBANK and they are very easy, almost 1st or 2nd-ary questions. I am not sure if they are accurately reflect the real ones. Any coment is welcome. Thanks
