DO decelerated curriculum

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Some schools will allow a struggling student to go into their smp program and then retry the real curriculum. It shows up on your transcript and is more costly. Not an awesome deal imo

Hi guys, are there any DO schools who offer a decelerated preclinical curriculum to students who are struggling?
They normally allow for remediation of a course or 2. It's unusual to be sent to post bac/smp, but It does happen with multiple failures. If the school is non profit, your success is in their and your best interest.
