do DO schools combine MCAT scores?

I took the April and August MCAT, and have raised my bio by 1 pt, verbal by 2, but my physics went DOWN by 2. (SUCKS!😡 Do D.O. schools combine your best scores from both tests or do they just take the whatever score is higher between the two separate tests?!
