DO EM program at St. James

Hello,
I am a third student at CCOm interested in applying to the EM DO residency programs. I was looking at St. James application requirements and it states that they require 3 letters or recommendation and a dean's letter. I have not done an ER rotation as a third year, but I will be doing 2 back to back in august and septermber as a 4th year as my electives from which I will be able to get 2 letters. How will i get another ER letter as my core rotation in EM is all the way in december/january? Any help will be appreciated. thanks

Not all your LORs must be from the program specialty you intend to apply for. Many people have one or two from their desired specialty and then another one or two from other areas they did well in.
