Do employers look at college transcript?

Lets say after you graduate pharmacy school and your starting to apply to jobs, do the employers (whether retail or hospital pharmacies) only look at your GPA and grades you received for your pharmd degree? Or do they want to see your grades for college as well?

If your undergraduate grades were sufficient enough to enter pharmacy school, I doubt anyone will care about them after that.
