Do exact questions from NBME practice tests get repeated on Step 1?

Anybody see any repeat questions on the real exam? These practice tests are exhausting, but the expanded feedback is pretty sweet, especially if there's a chance of seeing the question again.

Yes, I haven't taken the beast yet but ijn at least has come back and said there are.

The exact questions are all retired as far as I understand it. However, the concepts are not. I definitely saw a few highly similar questions with a slight variation that essentially changed the answer from one choice to another.

How similar are the question styles? Just took NBME 13 and it was far, far simpler & more straightforward than UWorld. Which one is closer to the real thing.

Havent taken step1 yet, but they say that NBME questions are closer to the real thing, and some people sometimes report that they find 1 or 2 questions which were very similar and even felt as repeated from the NBME's

There will be many questions which you think were repeated, chances are they are just VERY similar. Regardless, it behooves you to take the NBME tests and understand the concepts presented!!
