DO friendly and mid/low tier programs?

DO applicant with 228 on step 1 and 245 on step 2. I learned that I really enjoyed my radiology elective. Have good LORs but have no idea on where to apply because of my crappy scores. Did apply to DO rads programs but not sure on which MD ones to apply to. I understand that doing a DO residency may make me ineligible to do an MD rads fellowship but who knows that may change.
Any tips will be appreciated!
