DO friendly residencies out west?

Just wondering if anyone can recommend DO-friendly programs out west, including north-west or mid-west. CO and CA are too competitive. Ideally these would also allow 3rd years to rotate there.

I know you mentioned that CA might be too competitive but UCSF Fresno does have a DO resident and they also take DOs for 4th year rotations (not sure about 3rd year). They have an amazing program out there with great people and you will definitely learn a lot during that rotation. You should check them out if that works for you.

Check out Vegas, Maricopa, and a lot of the Texas programs. All good programs that take DOs each year

Kern is really the only program in California that consistently takes DOs (about half their class). The other programs might have one or two.

I saw that. I know they snagged 2 DOs from Western in this year's match.
