DO grade Replacement working against you?

On my transcript, it shows I have taken two research credits for grades at 3 credit hours each semester. This leads to a total of 6 credit hours of A's in "bio" classes. Would aacomas automatically grade replace this A with an A, effectively making only 3 credits of A?

The number is the same as well, bio 299 or something like that. My school counts it as 6 credits.

I may be wrong since I have blocked the entire process from memory but I think you have to explicitly put in grades/courses you wish to have replaced. As long as you don't list them that way, AACOMAS won't do it automatically.

As long as you don't mark this course as being repeated at another time, it will not replace it. I had a similar scenario when I applied. No worries! 🙂
