DO grade replacement

Hey everyone, I have a quick question about DO grade replacement. If I were to use grade replacement with my C with the A for college math, will the DO admissions still see my C or will they just see the A? I just hope it doesn't say "retake A" or something :/

They see both grades, and the second one is marked as a repeat.
