Do grades affect licensure?

Passed NBDE and NERB, but have an F on the official transcript. Will this ultimately prevent licensure?

I think to some states it matters if you get a failing grade on any particular section but overall pass. You have to contact the state you wish to get licensure for and ask them directly.

I don't see how you could graduate with an F on your transcript, unless you remediated and passed.
