Do grades matter after 9/15?

After submitting ERAS on 9/15, do required clerkship grades still matter? Are these grades commented upon in the dean's letter that go out in Nov? Thanks a lot!

That is school-dependent and probably better addressed by your student affairs office.
For example, my school only includes the grades from the first three clerkships on the final transcript uploaded to ERAS (July, August, September) and comments on the Dean's Letter/MSPE only for those three clerkships.
Any grades after the final transcript didn't matter - that's when fourth year REALLY begins.
