I go to school at McGill University. However, I went to highschool in Oregon. My family lives there still. I want to apply to OHSU. Do I count as resident, or non-resident? I am also doing mediocre currently at McGill, is it worth transferring to University of Oregon or Oregon State University after my first year. After my midterms, I have a 94 in Chemistry, 78 in Cell Biology, 82 in Ecology, and 81 in Zoology.
