I took the MCAT two times.

26S 9 PS 7 VR 10 BS
29R 9 PS 10VR 10 BS

I only improved in Verbal 😡
BS and PS stayed the same!!

I am a FL resident and have ~3.7 sGPA and 3.8 overall

Am I ok for MD if I apply to 20+ schools?

Based on your good cGPA and nicely balanced new score, you should get some interviews, assuming the usual ECs, good letters, and an interesting primary statement. I think twenty schools would be a good number for you.
