cGPA 3.31 sGPA 3.42 BCP 3.57 DAT TS27 AA24 PA 21...
I know my GPA is way lower than harvard GPA, but I don't know if I apply there.... I am from Ca.

Also, How important are the supplementary applications??? Do I really need to spend a lot of time on those??? No idea how to make impressive supp for upenn..

You have a chance at Harvard. However, even a 3.9, AA 27 is not guaranteed admission there. You have to stand out from the crowd in every part of your application. With your GPA you must have some major ECs to get in there, imho.

Definitely apply there if you want to. They do emphasize on GPA more than DAT but they are unpredictable. You never know. I was also hesitant in spending ("wasting") hundred bucks for Harvard last year but i am starting there in two days. 😱
People with 4.0s and 23s got rejected who were present on my interview day so they definitely look for something that makes you stand out and if you can fit into their mold.
