3.1 GPA, 2.8 science GPA
290 AA, 280 TS -- i got a 250 in Physics which is concerning tbh
16 hours of shadowing (hoping to get more or a tech job), informational interviews

Plan on applying to Western, NOVA, UIWRSO, KYCO, ICO and PCO. do you guys think i have a chance this late in the cycle or should i retake the OAT and apply next cycle?

I would recommend on applying still, you can retake the oat by June 1st for western and PCO (I think or it could be may 1st). It does cost money however. If you do get in, remember that you are able to graduate a year sooner than if you apply next year and can make up for application fees by being out in the workforce sooner. I say go for it and see what they say! Update me
