Hey Everyone,
I need some honest opinion about my chances of getting accepted into dental school. Firstly, my gpa isnt the greatest as it is currently around a 3.2. Also, my grading trend is a bit weird. My first two years of college I took all of my science courses and had mostly Bs in the lower science courses, but as I took the upper division courses (organic, biochem, genetics, etc) I had all A's. Things were looking pretty good for me or at least I thought. My bad habits kicked in again for my last two years while taking courses like English and History and suffice to say my grades dropped to my current gpa of 3.2
With that in mind, I studied my a$$ of for the DAT and scored expectionally well. I have a 23+ for my TS and AA. I also volunteered and shadowed for a few dentists within the last two years. I have also joined many clubs, so I think my EC activities are pretty good.
So do I have a realistic chance of getting into dental school?
