My GPA is 4.0 and I got DAT score of 22. BUTTTTT... I am graduated from a university outside USA without having done any courses in the USA. I am not US permanent resident or citizen and just currently living in new york.
Do you guys think I have any chances of getting into ANY dental school in the US? 🙁 🙁(((
I don't know which schools should I apply in order to have a greater chance... Plzzzz help
😱😳

Wow, that is a great academic record or any institution from any country.
Although GPA can be weighed differently according to which school you went to, the 22 in your DAT proves that you have a strong chance at succeeding in dental schools in the US.

I personally don't see why not you wouldn't get accepted, but I have seen an unfortunate pattern of foreign exchange students having a harder time getting accepted, even with better records.

My best suggestion to you is to call up some schools that you are interested in directly and asking them about it. I doubt any of us predents have better advice than the admissions committees/deans will tell you.

Good luck!
You'll get in for sure.

i thought the International Dental forum could help you =\ but I think thats for foreign graduates....
you can still give it a shot, they would have a better idea than us 🙂
