there are two broad categories that overlap:
1)volunteering/community service
2)healthcare experience/exposure which can include
--shadowing
--volunteering in a healthcare setting
--employment in a clinical setting

you have enough clinical but what about ither volunteering?

I have about 700+ non-clinical volunteering (service across 20+ activities/events). Do I need to flesh this out on the AMCAS or can I just write 700 hours non-clinical service?
You need to flesh this out. On interviews my interviewers mentioned/wanted to speak about my non-clinical volunteer experiences way more than my clinical ones. Of course this will vary from one applicant to another.

But it also depends what they are, how detailed, etc. A single EC with some explanation or bullet point on each maybe enough

Hi Gonnif, I work in a hospital currently and doing research on common diseases in Pediatrics to improve patient care, it mainly involves medical record analysis and blood sample analysis, does this sound like a clinical experience?
