During the summer vacation i used to sleep (go to bed) around 6-7am and wake up around 1pm. Then later I tried to sleep around 4-5am and wake up around 10-11am, but then would take a 1hr nap around 4pm .
But now it's been a week since I'm trying to get my act together and sleep early, which I have a hard time doing. However, what's weird is that it seems that I'm only waking up at 1pm, whether I sleep early or late.
What's up with that, never been so serious to me like that? I'll get screwed real bad in class
