Hi guys..
One more quick question

Ok, I thought,,, I had to wait for 2 weeks in order for AADSAS to verify my GPA and then e submit it....
Am I wrong?? I was just waiting to see my gpa calculated... and then submit my application....

I read some post and some says it only takes 2,3 days for them to calculate the gpa but is it after I e-submit my application???

I'm so confused now... I even did fast delivery with extra cost lol :scared:

im not 100% sure but i think they do verify your GPA once you e-submit your application because you are allow to change things on your application (including your coursework) so it only makes sense that they will verify your GPA once you submit and you are no longer allow to change things such as your grades.

so i suggest you to submit that thing right now!! haha

I believe you have to e-submit first. It shouldnt even matter, E-submit ASAP!

Yes! They won't verify your transcripts and calculate your GPAs unless you e-submit and pay the full amount. Keep in mind that your application will NOT be mailed out, before this process is completed.

THen,,, should I e-submit even though I still have to fill out "professional experience" area?

NO! good lord - that's one of the things you can't change after you e-submit. if you look at the instructions for each section, it'll tell you what can and can't be changed after submitting

No, of course not. You have to complete all sections that state that you cannot revise after e-submitting (such as the professional experience section). The only sections you can revise after you e-submit is biographic info, DAT scores, evaluators, and dental school designations. After you complete all the sections in your application, you can then e-submit and then AADSAS will begin to verify your transcripts once they are received.

No, it's okay. The application process is very time consuming and can be confusing at times...there is just so much stuff to do. It's understandable to ask questions like that on this forum since you want to make sure you do everything right the first time and not screw anything up.

Hi Everyone,

So if I have to e-submit before my GPA is calculated, then what do I do about the section "Coursework", where I have to put in the AADSAS grade for each of my courses. I don't konw what the AADSAS grade would be according to my university (Canadian University).

Confusedd!

thanks!

hey, I go to a Canadian university too. Which one are you at? Mine uses letter grades so that's what i put in the coursework section. If yours uses % then you have you convert it using their scale, unless you are also given a letter grade on top of the % on your transcript

you don't put in the AADSAS grade, you put in the grade you were given for the course. after you e-submit, AADSAS does their own gpa calculations, and they give you "their" AADSAS grade. if you try and click on it you'll see that you can't actually put anything there.

Noo I can put something there! That's why I'm confused. lol Well when I put I got an A in a certain course, it automatically gives me an A in the AADSAS grade :S. But I do have the option for changing it

So when you added the coursework, didn't it put an AADSAS grade by it self (the same one that you wrote as your grade).

Did you do this before or after AADSAS received your transcript?
