I sent in a transcript last year to AMCAS for classes I took at a community college. I have not taken any new courses there. Do I have to send in another one this year?

you'll have to send it in again if you get accepted somewhere.

trust me, I've been sending in the same transcript from a community college course I took in 2002 through 3 applications (both TMDSAS and AMCAS) and an acceptance.
