Can it be from a volunteer coordinator or a doctor I shadowed?

I have 2 science LORs but no non-science LOR from a professor. I thought we just needed 3 recommendations total.

Do you have a premed committee who compiles your LORs and writes a committee letter? If so, and they're okay with you not getting a non-science faculty LOR, you'll be fine.

If you don't have a committee, that's a bit trickier. Call the med schools directly and ask.

No my school doesn't have a pre-med commitee

I thought it was a rule of thumb that the minimum is 2 science prof and 1 nonscience prof.
