Do I need a psych sub-i grade in before ERAS?

Hi,

I'm planning to do a pediatric sub-i (to get a non-psych recommendation letter), then do a slew of psychiatry aways. Unfortunately, the psychiatry sub-i away grades will not appear on my transcript on time before ERAS is due. Do I need to have the psychiatry sub-i on my transcript or no? I high passed psychiatry during MS3.

Having a grade/honors on a psych sub-I might be helpful but isn't necessary before you submit ERAS. When you receive your away grades you can update programs if you'd like. But third year clinical grades are all that are absolutely required.

I did not do any psych sub I, I got an interview from several top 20 places and 1 top 10 place

What were your scores like? 250+? all honors? I cannot see any school rejecting that!
