Do I need all of my letter of recommendations when I submit my primaries?

Im going to have my last science LOR in about a month- I am going to hit the submit button tonight...I can submit this next LOR when I submit my secondaries right?

correct. You don't even need them before you submit the secondary, but they must all be in for your app to be complete at an individual school.
 
As in.. you can add more letters to AMCAS later on?

will that delay having my application reviewed or not? I just dont want to shoot myself in the foot and end up blowing any chances at getting interviews/acceptances

Your application won't get reviewed until the secondary is complete and the required LORs are in. I think there are even some schools who send out interview invites pre LOR.

So no, it will not cause further delays if you submit your primary (or secondary) before your LORs are in.
