Do I need my LoR to submit my AMCAS APP?

I am planning on applying day 1, but I'm unsure if I need to have my LoR complete before I submit my application for AMCAS. Does any one know if this is a requirement to submit your application or can you add them later, after submission?

You can keep on adding referee information even after you submit your primary.
