if the secondary asks for an essay and I write the essay on an additional sheet of paper attached to the secondary...do i need to sign and date the additional sheet? or is it sufficent to have my name and aamc# on top?

I made sure to print my name and AAMC ID # as well as sign and date every extra document I sent out. Since Georgetown specifically asked for it, I simply did it for the rest. It can't hurt.
