I feel my personal statement was good and I think the only reason that I did not get in was my DAT score. I do not know If I should re-write my personal statement or not??

You have already made up your mind.
It is awfully hard to tell you to write your personal statement again or not without having read your PS or any kinds of background information on what you wrote previously on your PS.
