I know there are many threads of this kind and overall it depends on many other aspects to be accepted in or not...but GPA wise do u guys think I have any chance and if so which skools are the best bet for many...

well what is your DAT? if you get above 20 and you apply early then you have A chance.

Try and shadow a lolt. It is even hard to get into private schools these days due to increased selectiion and greater applicants. Write a really good personal statement. Of course, ace the DAT. I believe scoring big on the DAT will be your chance to have them not throw your application out, after seeing your GPA. You run the risk of being weeded out early so really score high.

study hard for the DAT and you definitely have a chance. your GPA is below average so you gotta make sure your DAT is above average!

As long as you nail the DAT, have solid LOR's, PS, EC's and shadowing, apply early and interview well you should manage to get in at least somewhere.

wrong! I'm a damn proud academic underachiever and have always been! I probably had one of the lowest sci/bcp GPAs in my class!

As for the OP, you'd need higher than usual DAT, think 21s, scores to be competitive

Hi, i dont really know how this form works or anything but i just wanted to ask you guys soemthing. right now i have 3.3 math and science GPA and will hopefully go up...and i never took DATs. but i was wondering, do i have a chance of getting into Dental school??? and if some one would please let me know what collages are very easy to get in? and do i need a B.S degree before applying to Dental school???

1)You do have a good chance. 2) Some schools are easier to get into, but you'll need to check www.predents.com to see the average GPAs and DAT scores. 3) You aren't required to have a BA or BS before applying---but most schools highly recommend it (almost required if you don't have killer stats). 😎
