I want to apply for IDP programs soon and here is my stat. Do i stand a chance please?

NBDE 1&2 both 1 attempt
GPA=3.25
Experience=none
Nationality=Nigerian
Am yet to give toefl

You sure have a chance. However, you have to get US experience to strengthen your application. That will matter a lot, alongside with great LOR's.
