Do in-progress courses have negative effect on your chances?

Hello friends,

I am applying for this upcoming cycle. I will be having 2-3 in-progress courses for this cycle - not Anatomy nor Physio. All the schools have noted they will allow them. However, do they negatively affect ones' chances? Does anyone have insider scoop?
