DO Letter of Rec Question

What would be better for DO schools:
A DO letter of rec from a physician I've known only a couple weeks
Or a MD letter of rec from a physician that has known me for years/mentored me?
Is it an option to send both to a DO school?

I would say send both if possible. However if you are thinking about sending only one, please be sure to check with the school if they require a DO LOR.

Best option is for you to not send either and not apply at all.
So the application pool gets smaller and I have a better chance of getting in... =]
Send both.
