DO Letter of Recommendation

I am having a very difficult time finding a D.O. to write me a l.o.r. Why I don't have one by now is a long story, so the short version is that I moved from Kentucky to New Jersey this past May, right in the middle of cultivating a relationship with my family physician (D.O.) in Kentucky, and I know no one in NJ. Give me some ideas that got you your l.o.r.'s.
Also, where are all of the people that applied to LECOM, PCSOM, UMDNJ, PCOM? How are your application processes going? Let's start representing.

My 2ndary app to PCSOM is complete, as of today. I was told by the admissions director "PCSOM interviews from October through May and accepts candidates on a rolling basis"...so now I wait...
